I have to say that Ridgid tools stands behind there product 100%

My 18 volt drill died the other day, both Lio Ion batteries would not hold a charge any longer. I called Ridgid, and they gave me the service center to mail my dead batteries to and a week later two brand new batteries were delivered to me no charge. Those batteries are a $100 a pop and I had 2. Top marks to Ridgid for great support.

Eventually they got around to authorizing the replacement for the belt sanding attachment on my (OMG!) spindle sander.
Now it works great, again.
