Wow… The LOML gave me an awesome 10” CZ bench vise, four new Jorgensen 3/4” pipe clamps, a 1000/4000 Japanese water stone with a nagura, a ‘Critter’ spray gun that uses mason jars for paint pots, new chip carving knives, new DeWalt batteries, and the complete set of FWW 1975-2010 on DVD…..yahoo!

What did Santa get you this Christmas?

I got my choice of a shoulder plane. Not sure which one to go for though. Stanley 98. Veritas is nice also but cost double. Any other good options for around 100 bucks or so.

Also got a woodworking book a combination square and some clamps. Still have to go to my moms and visit the inlaws, maybe more good stuff to come.

Bought my kids a wii. so I can spend some more time in my shop.

I bought brushes that are worth $70. They are the best brushes you can get.

My Sweetie gave me a Trition 8.5” sliding compound miter saw, Grrripper-ripper and an angle drill with three different sized sanding pads and LOTS of sanding discs in various grits for the pads. Hope your Santa was as good to all of you ;-)

I got the opportunity to buy LOML a Bose Wave music system since she let me outfit my whole shop this year with a TS, BS, DP, DC, Jointer, Mini Lathe and Plane. What can I say? I’m one lucky guy.

Good scores, one and all, Gents! We’ve all done something to deserve our good fortunes in life, and I know we all give to the fullest extent. What comes back to us is our reward, and defines us as good human beings.
