How do you make acrylic pen blanks

I am interested in making my own acrylic pen blanks. Does anyone know where to get the materials necessary to achieve this?

Also Craft Supply has it on their webiste, #497-0101 Apprentice Casting Kit. Cheaper at Craft Supply. -- Darell, Norman, Ok.
