Anyone else missing the show on WGBH? The first three episodes were like clockwork each Saturday but there seems to have been a good 3 or 4 week gap with no episodes on that station. I know because my DVR hasn’t recorded them :(

Are they airing the show on a different channel for some reason?

I think it has to do with Christmas programming etc. We aren’t getting anything new either(WEDU) Maybe after the 1st of the year.

We’ve only missed 1 episode here in Iowa because they were having a fund raising campaign.

Actually there was a new episode(for me anyway) on WUSF this Saturday(12-18) It was making a box with a veneer walnut top.

We have had all episodes here that I am aware of…I missed one week myself but it seems to always be on the air here each Saturday.

Lo and behold, the DVR caught one yesterday. So I still think there was a 3 week gap but I too got the episode with the herringbone type inlay on top.

I wish they were online… lol.. .I always happen to miss them… lol…

I did watch some of the “Behind the Scenes” stuff… and hes definately not the safest… lol… Over extending, I believe I saw him use just finger tips, to run something on the jointer… et cetera…

So now 2 woodworking celebrities are from my home-state..(Massachusetts is where I spent the first 5-6 years of my life.. :) )

I think Tom needs to be introduced to some valume, man is he hyper. I like the concept but if I here “all right guys” one more time it will be one time toooo many. I just watched the episode where he build a bread box with a tamboure (sp?) door, he had an apprentice/friend Eli helping him and I will remember his name as he must have said it 50 times in the 25 or so minutes of the show. I haven’t seen anywhere to watch it online, other than ordering DVDs for each episode (but that’s not likely).

I would also like to know show episodes are available online as I keep missing them in Oregon.

Tom does have many videos posted on his web site and they are pretty good. I do agree with Pat too many “all right guys”! -Ajay

I would even be willing to pay a couple bucks via iTunes to view an episode that I may have missed. I haven’t checked if it’s available through them.
