Topic tags/keywords: turning tool carbide axe

I ran across these online, and can’t fine too much info about them. They are made-in-America, which is certainly a plus in my book. But how are they when it comes real world turning? Any observations comparing the AXE tools with other carbide cutter tools from better know (Sorby Turnmaster, Easy Tool, etc.) companies???

No expeirnce with them cannot imagin any different from those you mentioned. Other than price at their web site versus buying from craft supplies or making your own.

Most people selling carbide tools get their inserts from China!

If want to make your own tools this guy may have the cheapest shipping rate + price.

These guys sell in set of 5 or 10 depening upon shape of cutter.

I get mine from Capt. Eddie. Great value, and good cutters.
