Anybody planning sessions at the woodworking schools out there? ALso any other good choices for schools with Adult/child ( 9-15 year olds).

I am planning a couple of trips to Marc Adams – Because there are 2 programs for Parent/Child woodworking, one at the end of June making Shaker oval boxes for a weekend, and a second at the end of July on Woodturning with Alan Lacer, also a Parent/Child weekend.

For myself – I am looking forward to “Designing Chairs with Michael Fortune” with a weekend course of Color matching with Mitch Kohanek.

I have been going to Marc Adams School of Woodworking for about 7 years now. It is fantastic.

I’ve signed up for the series of courses here at Assiniboine Community College. I am looking forward to it!

Rev John -
Your picture looks familiar to me. Did you take a turning class at MASW with Graeme Priddle? I am thinking you were right behind me at the next lathe!
