I have always used TITEBOND 2 and always let it set up over night. Today I am under time constraints!!!! How long should I wait to machine any parts using TITEBOND 2?

2 hrs minimum for me. That is the minimum time I will remove panels from clamps and plane them.

24 hours for anything that will stress the joint.

Be careful if you are sanding glued-up panels. The glue will shrink as it cures out for the first day and shrinkage lines will appear in your otherwise nice panels if you sand them too early.

Otherwise, a couple of hours works for me too.

I’ve been good with 30 minutes in AZ but two hours sounds like more than enough everywhere else.
