Just thought I would post that Lowes has the Bosch 18v Compact Litheon Cordless 1/2” chuck on sale until Dec 6 for $99.00

I bought one back early in the summer for $179 so this is a pretty nice deal. I’ll be picking up another one to add to my collection.

That is a pretty good discount.

I got this deal and am very happy with the purchase so far. It seems nicely balanced, plenty of power, fast charge, two batteries in the pack, ...

For an 18v Li-Ion drill/driver, this is a very good deal.

I picked another one up the next day after posting this topic. Lowes had 1 left and it was hid underneath the shelves, had to get down and crawl, LOL. I agree, it feels really nice in the hands and offers plenty of power.

I bought one for $149 after Christmas. It’s a great drill for that price. For $99 it was smokin’

I agree, for $149 it’s an awesome drill for that price. Sometimes you can get some kick a** deals at Lowes. Bought a $22 freud forstener bit awhile back for $4 bucks and my Lowes still has a few Bosch router bits marked down from $30+ to $12-$14 bucks right now on clearance.

I saw the alert in Dec. Thanks Kevin. Went to Lowes to pick one up, but the unit on the shelf was marked $149. Had to go back online and order it for $99 with free shipping to the store. Picked it up later that day.

A couple of things were kinda funny. The online order had free shipping to the store, but the only “ship to home” option would have cost around $80 for truck shipment. I decided to pick it up at the store and printed the receipt. I put it in the cart along with some other stuff I was buying. The guy at the register looked at the printout and compared it to the drill and let me walk out of the store with it. I don’t recall anything getting scanned to prove that I picked one up. A few weeks later I kept getting calls from Lowes asking how my new drill was performing. They always appeared when I was away, so they went to the answering machine. They finally reached me when I was at my desk and asked about it. I said “it was good”. They said “thanks” and hung up. The conversation lasted about 10 seconds. I assume that the were just looking for confirmation that I actually picked one up so now I won’t be able to go get another one on the same receipt.

I love the drill. It is so much nicer than the bulky Crapsman units that it replaces.

When I went to pick mine up, it was priced @ $179 in the store.

Thought that was odd.

Anyway it’s definitely the best battery powered drill I’ve ever owned.

take care
