Topic tags/keywords: drawer slides slide centerline topslide

Hello All,
I’m working on new cabinetry in the garage and it’s drawer time.
Which drawer slides?
Some of the drawers will heavily loaded.
Rockler has a few slides that look the same but the prices is far different.
Both are rated at 100 lbs capacity

Topslide 757 series @ 22.99 a pair

Centerline @ 14.99 a pair

Anyone use both?
Is there is noticeable difference?
reviews on both of these slides on the rockler site are good

Thanks in advance

The Topslide has over-travel, which is more costly from
a manufacturing standpoint.

If you don’t need the over-travel, the cheaper slides will do
fine. You might use the over-travel slides on some drawers
and the others elsewhere if you want to save a bit.

Good recommendation lew. CSH has done a fine job for me on some items though I buy most of my goods from local commercial woodworking suppliers.

The over travel may help if you really need full access to drop something big into a drawer. However, 99% of the time, the full extension is all you need.

Lew, Woodsman
I have ordered the CSH1180 series.
I would like to start cutting but the website does not show the side clearance?
I’m guessing half inch on each side. Would you know?
