In the near future I will be selling my cabinet saw and accessories and I and debating on if it would do better to sell them as a set or individually. Here are the items I need to clear out:

Older Grizzly G1023RLWX 5hp single phase with 7’ rails and ShopFox Classic fence. This older version does not have a riving knife.

Excalibur 60” sliding table. Again older model prior to adding a 4th leg and integrated hooks to store the fence.

Table saw outfeed roller. Same design as the HTC HOR-1038 but I have no idea the brand.

My thinking is selling them all at once will be much simpler for me, but may significantly lower the interest. Anyone have any positive or negative experience trying to sell a large footprint machine with accessories bundled in?

Simpler to sell together.

More profit to sell separately.

Time is money.

Offer and price it for sale both ways. If someone buys one of the pieces, with the exception of the saw itself, you could adjust the price of the complete package accordingly.

Yep. I personally don’t want to pay more for something I don’t want or need.

If someone just wants the saw and not the rollers and sliding table they may be turned off by the higher price. Only if the price for everything is only a hair more than what I’d consider a decent price for the sa.

Throw it out there as a full unit, and say you would be willing to separate. I also wouldn’t want to pay for the items I don’t need, or cant use.

I think listing it as a unit with the option to separate is the direction I will go. Figuring out fair pricing is my next challenge.

I would sell it all as one piece. I wouldn’t
want the hassle of selling the saw and
having the other two things left with no
saw attached.

Have your say...
