I am attempting to buiild an A frame for a five foot swing. I want to angle the legs, but I am not sure the angles to use for cutting the notch in the beam since it will be a double angle. I am guessing at around 20 degrees on both the A frame and the angle off set from perpendicular. I am using 4×4’s . I am using pressusre treated pine.

30 to 35 degrees is normal.
