Hello friends!
First of all, allow me to thank you all for helping me in this wonderful and expensive hobby of refinishing furniture.
I am so grateful for you all.

I applied a coat of Minwax polyurethane on a cabinet but I ran out of it.
I have some Zar Polyurethane, enough to finish the cabinet doors.
Is it ok to apply different polyurethane brands over each other ?

Julian

You will be fine, do the usual, scuff sand before the next coat. Also check the finishing windows on both products. They are sometimes listed as “recoat within x hours, or after y hours”.

Hello Fred Hargis.
Thank you very much for your help.
The doors dried well and look great.
