I have my DC setup in the center back of the garage with PVC piping throughout, at the end I have the one flex hose that I connect to 5 different machines. The one problem that I run into, after a while the end of the hose start to tear apart and I have to re cut it. Dose any one have an ideas to stop this from happening.

The part Tony referenced would work well. Another solution would be the dust right fitting from Rockler. I added one to the hose I share between my router table and planer and it works well. The handle makes it easy to get on and off. Costs more however.
