Does anyone have any experience with the grizzly baby drum(12”) sander? comments/good/bad?

I have one and Like it. It draws a LOT of current. I have it on it’s own 30 amp circut. After about 18 months of use I had to replace the convayer motor but I think they have upgraded that motor on the newer ones. Changing the paper is simple enough and the paper lasts a long time for me. It generates a lot of dust , so a dust control system is advised.

Thanks for the input, Jim.
I think I’ll put this on the Christmas present list. I’ve had good luck with grizzley.

Yes, Grizzly works well for me. They were prompt in getting my replacement motor to me. (It was well out of warrantee) It is very heavy and I have a small shop, so I put wheels under it and keep it stored under a bench and roll it out when I use it. I then feed the wood into it while seated. This saves me bench space.
