I just found out that Lee Valley has brought back the tool box trays that you can use in making your own cabinet. You cut in your kerf and slide in this drawer. They are made in three sizes and are metal. I have been looking for these for a couple of years. For any one that is interested this is the site.

Bob:
Thanks for placing this web site. These are exactly what I am looking for. Two days after you posted this and I looked at it I got the introductory catalog from Lee Valley and have sent of an order for a 3 inch 2 inch and 1 inch tray to make a tool box for my daughters hobbies. This will make the construction much quicker. When the trays arrive I will be finished The box is made and fininished just awaiting the trays.
