I would appreciate someone guiding me to a resource for a washer(or whatever the correct name it) for the saw blade. And a place to locate a manuel would be good too.

Thanks, I called the 800 number and they quickly emailed a copy of the manuel. The name of the part I need is a “flange” that fits next to the blade. Going to check tomorrow to find out if they have one that will work as my saw quite old. Once I get that working I will turn my attention to the fence and rail(one is bent on the end.
