Topic tags/keywords: question

Hey friends
Martin has made a number great changes since I joined LJs . I see folks suggesting additions or changes they feel would make Ljs better on a number of post. Or is LJs just the way you like it now? This is not intended to tell Martin what to do or not to do just a question.

I like it just the way it is and when a change comes it is done so that you hardly notice it but it does add to the performance and functionality of the site which I appreciate.

You can’t fix perfection. Martin really has it together on this one. Way to go Martin.

It will be hard to improve. Add too many more tabs and it will become cluttered.

Jim: I keep feeeding Martin my suggestions. I gave him one three days ago and he made the change the next day. When uploading pictures for projects he only allowed pictures under 3 Meg in size and since he made the change to allow us to imbed pictures in our posts and he cuts the picture file down if it’s a large size, I suggested that he also do that for projects postings. He did it the next day. The limit is now 5 meg. So he’s usually pretty responsive if it’s something for the betterr.

This may be overboard but, how about live chat window? It would give us the chance to ask questions live and get an answer right away. The band width could be a killer though.

I would like the ability to have more filters on the pulse at the bottom of every page… for instance, by member, or forum. Either showing or excluding.

coupons for free Ice cream ; )) Now if there was just an LJ that worked for an Ice Cream manufacturer….

The one thing about LJ that annoys me on a regular basis is that external links don’t open in a new window / tab. There’s nothing I hate more than clicking a link to go to an external web page. I inevitably close that window / tab and then I lost my place where I was. Or you hit that back button 1K times until you get back.
