In the process of building an R4511 (straight from the crate). What a beauty and a beast all in one! Ran into a snag – ended up with two left extension tables (suffice it to say, no right wing). An unwelcome delay of game. Just talked to a Rigid cutomer service rep. who felt confident that had a replacement table and that, upon talking to a supervisor come this Monday, I’d should be taken care of (and at no cost). Since I am the second owner (of a never-been used, still in the box product – and therefore not in possession of the original receipt), I can only hope Rigid is very forgiving. Simply wish me luck!

A R4511 is a beautiful table saw.
I know I own one and I am very satisfied with it.

Glad to hear that, Bert! I can’t wait to strike it up.

Love mine as well. There are some great tips over at rigidforum.com for assembly; especially on the Herc-u-lift. The instructions are very sloppy on the tightness of the four bolts that hold the lift to the legs; hint the nylon nut should be just threaded onto the bolt, no tighter.

Thanks for the feedback NathanAllen.

I crossed that bridge (the Herc-u-lift) last Saturday. Confusing is right. The instructions only went so far; an intense focus on the details of the exploding parts diagrams proved a helpful substitute. Since my first post I’ve been in idle, waiting by the phone for an answer from Rigid (letting me know if/how I can get a right extension table.) Getting itching to play with this fine machine.

P.S. – The Rigid Forum you mentioned is a great resource. Thanks for bringing it up. Great. I tripped across it while researching table saws. In fact, it’s what led me to the R4511 I speak of. Not only did poster, Purplev do a very good review and write-up, his review solidified my opinion that this saw would be a good bet.
