I have a very very old cast iron scroll saw and I believe it takes either 6” or 6 1/2” pin end blades. Can you use coping saw blades for these?

If it fits, mine uses 6” and coping blades wont fit. My saw will use pin or pinless blades and I can cut the ends off coping blades and use them.

Olson makes a scroll saw conversion kit that will convert your pin requiring scroll saw to allow pin less blades. You can still buy pin end blades from Olson too.
