Only a small amount of woodworking required for this one but it was a reason to buy a power sander for the shop :)

This is to keep the rain off the area of the covered deck where the sofa is located. These are thrift store purchases. The windows will go on top of the yellow/green 2×4. I will have some gaps to fill in so I’ll have to fashion something for those areas.

My original design did not have the structural integrity I had imagined so I took it back down. This is my 2nd attempt to “rig” a wall of windows on top of a door. Of coarse, the fasteners are mostly on the other side.

Hmmmm … A reason to buy a tool. Thats a novel concept :)
Looks like a fun project. Cant wait to see final pics.
