I have been given a challange, and that is to make a pole 90mm square 600mm high with a twist, I have thought about this projct but am stuch with the twist part, and I am seeking all the help that I can get to do this twist, can anyone help me please.

The old fashioned way would be to hand carve it. Someone with a CNC lathe could do it. An old Sears Router Crafter could do it, but they were discontinued years ago and you’d have to search on Ebay for one. Not very practical. There are probably other machines, but that’s all I could think of.

Thanks guys I appreciate the help, will give it a go the old fashion way, but on my lathe.
