Recently I have had some trouble navigating LJ pages. I get messages saying that my browser could not contact the LJ server. I’m not having this problem anywhere else on the internet.

Are other people having similar problems?

Nope. I’m fine… But then again I haven’t been on in a while, so it might have bogged down while I was elbows deep into my own server racks…

I remember a short period of time like….....48 hours ago? Same issue but within a few minutes it disappeared. Remember, Martin may be doing maintenance on the site at prime hours for us due to the time difference…....

No problem lately.

I’ve noticed the “Download time” from Page to Page or any moving back and Forth has been slow in happening.

I just cleared My Computer of all the Temp & History ec. Came back on and it’s still pretty slow.

But I’m not geting any “No Can Contact The Server” mesages.

Okay. Just ran a piece of Software I have and had it time the “Page Transistion” i.e. from one Coffee Shop Topc and Switch to Another Coffee Shop Topic. Came back as “Very Slow, 86% of Sites are Faster”. Which is No Big Deal just have to be little Patient is all.

As Jim said …There might be some maintenance going on. Martin has it alll WELL under control I’m sure.

if you post this on the Site Feedback Forum, Martin will be sure to see it and check it out.
Hope it is running better for you now.
