#2 Pine Groove and Groove 2 ¾“ Thick Deck boards

• 272 boards at 7 ¼ “ wide x 9’ Length
• 253 board at 9” wide x 9’ Length
• The grooves are approximately ¾ “ x ¾ “
• This decking is turn of the century (1900-1920 circa)
• Pest free, mostly nail-free (haven’t seen any yet)
• 3% of ends may have light rot where wood was in contact with brick
• This was warehouse decking, the top side is fairly clean with very little or no oils. Some may have a very light powdery white finish. MOST do not
• The other side of this decking was an exposed ceiling to the first floor, and has a bead and tiny v-groove. This side was originally painted and has a dry, flaky, scaly, white/gray coating on this side, not real heavy. This should would sand or scrape off easily.
• Boards are sound #2 with occasional knots (Please examine photos attached above).

Looking to sell lumber for $5,250. You pay the shipping. This is about a ½ tractor-trailer load, and will probably cost $800-$1200 to ship depending upon what area of the country you are in. The lumber is in Northeast Georgia. We Will Load!

If you have any interest at all below the $5,250 level, please place your best bid price upon the lumber description. This will be the final 7 days the lumber will be offered. Please e-mail GlennM.Ebert@gmail.com to continue further discussion.

Also Offering:

A) 104- #2 pine floor joist from the same building. 2” x 7 ½ “actual dimensions by mainly 10-11’ lengths. There is 1320 board feet-make an offer. Can be loaded on same truck. This lumber had the flooring nailed on top and appears to be nail-free. It has the original paint on 3 sides, because it exposed indoors. The paint is not heavy.
B) Over 1100 board feet of true 1” x 3” clear pine salvage tongue and groove boards. This was ceiling material in good, salvaged condition. De-nailed, painted on one side, lengths 5-7 feet. Make an offer. Same location. 4400 Lumber feet. Would make good flooring but would require time and patience.

Thank You!
