I’m not sure if this is something that would help, but Peachtree has this Uni Saw replacement fence/face. It can also be attached to other fences if you want a dead flat fence face. If I hadn’t already attached an aluminum fence to mine, I probably would have got this instead.

I bought one of the 36” fences for my UniFence a few months ago. I like it a lot. The t-slots make attaching jigs much easier than the original Delta design, and the UHMW strip can be replaced with 1/2” MDF for a sacrificial surface for rabbeting.

That’s been available for quite some time, I think I bought the one I had probably over 8-9 years ago.They are a great addition to a Unifence.

Now if only someone would start manufacturing replacement unifences…when I bought my unisaw the right side of my fence guide was broken off and it is next to impossible to find just the fence. Been searching for 12 months on Craigslist and eBay and have only seen 1 for sale.
