I would like to learn about a older chisel set that I have, I believe in the original box.

It is a set of 10 Chisels from an original set of 12. 1/8-2” I believe I am missing the 1-1/8 and 1-3/4 chisels.

I read that George Wilder became a Manager for Merrill for the manufacturing plant that made these back in the late 1800’s.

Can anyone tell me the history of these chisels, or direct me to someone who may have some knowledge.

Thanks for your time
