I’ve decided to make a trial run of mixing spoons for Christmas. They are about 15” long with a flat handle that I plan to mark with my logo. As far as the making goes, I can’t afford laser, branding iron isn’t fine enough, so I’m thinking about hand drawing with some sort of artisits’ pen. I need the result to be a) detailed, b)permanent and c) not prone to smudging or to rubbing off with use and hand washing. Has anyone had experience with this?

I am finishing them with Chapham’s salad bowl finish…
