I purchased this saw back in December. I am having a difficult time getting it square and so the blade doesn't rub on the provided insert. Has anyone had the same issue or does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Todd
You need to align the table. Put a straight edge along the length of the blade from the front to the rear of the table. Unloosen the bolts holding the table to the trunnions (I think that saw has either 2 or three bolts on each trunnion) then make the straight edge (blade) square to the miter slot and tighten the bolts back down, making sure you don;t knock it out of alignment in the process.
While your issue could be other things this is the most likely and needs to be done anyway if you haven't done it already.
