Anybody seen this? Looks like (almost any) wood is generally better than plastic for a cutting board!

I was asked this question at the last show I did. Isn’t plastic safer than wood. I said that I had read that it wasn’t. Now I have some research to back that up! I had heard tha wood did not allow bacteria to grow in the cuts. thanks.

Wow- I never liked using the plastic boards anyway for some reason.
Now I know why!!!
All this means is that I have to get cracking and do some of those projects that I keep meaning to do-like make myself a wooden cutting board.
