finally got a new saw. a ridgid r4510. because of the high reviews on lumberjocks and elsewhere, this is the one i decided on. it is everything people have said and more than that to me. i put a freud blade on it,was already to go out of the box, everything seemed true to me. i needed a portable saw, because i do not have space for any size stationary saw at all. all my work needs to be taken outside in order to do anything. this one fits the bill. it is so nice to move the fence over and have it right compared to the saw i used for the past 17 ,as you can see by the pic. i feel like i joined the big dogs now,my ability level i’m sure has just went up.

Congrats on the new saw! I hope you enjoy it.

The link to your image didn’t work, but this one should work:

I have two Ridgid machines and they are both excellent, I bet yours will be as well.

If I had needed a portable saw that one was high on my list. You will enjoy it. It is a pleasure to work with quality tools.
