I looking for a tool pouch that can clip on to my belt and ready to go. It should be able to carry a measuring table, combination square, pencil, knife, ruler, every basic tools.

Home depot sell a $10 one, it works but it is to big for me.

You might try something like the bucket boss rear guard. I had one until it disappeared one day.
