does anyone know of products to seal inside turned wooden vase to make it waterproof,clear if possible

Maybe not the answer you want, but can you fit a slim glass vase inside? Then you wouldn’t have to worry about it.

-- some day I hope to have enough clamps to need a clamp cart!

I don’t have a lathe but when I make leather bottles I use clear acrylic grout sealer. Pour it in swirl it around. Two or three applications work best. Cheapest way I found.

I have not tried this but… Bar top coat.

Do you know DD lac? Or did you get an answer in the meanwhile. DD lack is a two-component polyester lac.
