Dear all
I have a project in mind do fit a “bar” in my cabinet – mainly to store the bottles. There should be a hinged door that I want to design with 45° bevel all around the door (4 sides). Such would fit neatly into the sourounding. Searching the internet I saw an idea (Flatbox, designer desk, Müller Möbelwerkstätten, Germany) that looks similar, however brought me to the question how I would join the lower long side of the door. Sides with a hydraulic cylinder are clear as it should carry some weight. The lower lng side should be fixed but the hinge be covered/invisible when closed.
Any Ideas on how to fix the door? Have you done something like this and can share experience?
Thanks for your support to a newcommer.
