Good woodworking friend of my donated me a Delta Splitter, it works great. Rip cuts are much safer now, I had to install my forrest wwii tooth blade, because my freud thin kerf blade would not work. |

Greetings Charles, A good friend indeed to donate you the splitter…He just took off the guard (or you did) from the splitter. That’ll work great, but the only probelm is that you can’t lower the sawblade down into the sawbody. It’s not made to do that, but it will still serve you well…..Glad you made a good score…Wish I could…..lol. At least it’s got the safety pawls on…..that’s a big plus.. -- " At my age, happy hour is a crap and a nap"..... |

This splitter did not came with a blade guard. My table saw did not came with a blade guard. |
