Topic tags/keywords: jatoba brazilian cherry glass magnetic self closing planer biscuit joiner drill press router clamp sander tablesaw finishing joining sanding traditional

Been (slowly) remodeling the kitchen in turn for a break on the rent.

Finally finished the first bank of cabs.

The face frame and doors are all jatoba (AKA Brazilian Cherry ). The doors are all self closing as are the 100% opening drawers.

The upper is fixed with automatic lighting on the doors and a pair of remote control strip lights on the bottom.

Those look great. I like the automatic lighting idea.

Nice work, sometime life gets in the way of projects, better take your time than rush and redo
