Topic tags/keywords: question

I hope I don’t upset anyone by posting a non-woodworking topic, but I’ve been trying to find an old and dear friend of mine for the last few years. I understand he is a membe4r here, and if anyone knows his whereabouts, or how to get in touch with him, I’d sure appreciate it. His name is Art Rollins, and mine is Ross Allen. Now to change the subject. I am so envious of all you wood workers. Because of health issues, I ended up having to give up my love of my shop, and the only way of life I wanted. For approx. 40 years, I repaired , restored, refinished and remodled antiques in my home shop back in Penetanguishene Ontario. Almost as man y letters in the town name as there are people. LOL. It’s an old Huron Indian name meaning where the rolling white sands meet the water.Sorry, I didn’t mean to turn this into a history lesson, but I just thought someone would be curious. I’m unable to do any woodwork now, but I hope you don’t mind if I get into conversations once in awhile. Thanks for having patience with an old worn out ex cabinet lover. I hope to talk to everyone in the future. Till then, i’m glad to have found this site, and I don’t want to be a stranger. Ross
