I was looking at the SandDevil sanding block … http://www.sanddevil.com/ ... however, my sanding belts are 3” x 24” (the SandDevil uses 3” x 21”). Does anyone know of a similar tool that uses 3” x 24” belts?

There are some shop made ones here on LJs. Then you can make them any size.

I have a Makita belt sander that uses that size (3×24).

I have been using that sander for years, I love it!

Bought it directly from Steve when they introduced it, then about a month after, our local Lee Valley stocked it, for a little less money, of course.

I just buy 3×21 belts and use them only for that sanding block.
