A quick Google search finds many listings. First two are:

The Winfield Collection listing for 3 in 1 Babysitter

Gold Country Woodworks listing for ””3 in 1 Babysitter””:http://www.gcwoodworks.com/baby-sitterwoowworkingplans.htm

Hopefully one of these patterns will meet your needs.

Good Luck!

The baby sitter is like the darker of your two pictures. I made one a couple of months ago. The kit & plans they send are awesome. made mine of red oak. Heavy!

http://www.gcwoodworks.com/baby-sitter_woowworking_plans.htm. Prompt service. Really liked the huge sheet of transfer paper that came with the kit. Made layout much easier.
