I bought her a jet 1642evs2 for our 20th anniversary. It will be in at Rockler next week HOPEFULLY. Sorry just had to tell my fellow jocks. Russell

one lucky gal… that’s what I was going to buy my wife for her birthday. But I made the mistake of telling her before I ordered it , I think it just ruined the surprise , she had other suggestions.

Not only is she lucky, but you’ll have much more room to enjoy that jointer when she leaves you. :-)

Thanks for the idea Charlie. I don’t have a planer yet that would make a great Christmas present.

Thanks for that suggestion. I realize now that I’ve been approaching this wrong all along. I’ll try this next time I need a new tool. And (OK folks, this is blatantly sexist. ;) ) after Christmas, maybe we can compare kitchen appliances!!

My dad bought my mom a gun for her birthday once. He got a washing machine for his next birthday. So when your new washing machine coming? LOL

God Bless

I try to keep my wife away from guns. She took a gun safety class and came home with a silhouette target with a neat 5 shot pattern in the chest and the sixth in the crotch. I really behave myself now.

I tried that approach with my wife, however it wouldn’t fit where she suggested I put it….....

Now I’m curious, did you really buy it for her? I know many women do turn.

If not, you should rephrase it to read, “I bought it for our final anniversary”.

My wife bought me the Jet 1442 for our anniversary 3 years ago.
