Looking at the manual for that planer, it sure appears to be a Belsaw planer like I have. Something tells me that what you have is a Belsaw under another name. Belsaw is still in operation and here is their website. http://www.belsaw.com/ I recommend you call them and confirm what I think. If so, parts and replacements are easily obtainable from Belsaw.

For what it is worth, the Belsaw planer has been in production since the 1940s and maybe before. It has changed very little, mostly just the sheet metal cover. I have had mine for more than 40 years and love it. It isn’t a pretty machine like some of the latest planers, but it is a workhorse that does an excellent job. Its simplicity makes for easy repair and replacement, though my planer has never needed either. Just keep it clean and oiled!
