Long story short, I just finished putting together a router table with a JessEm router plate and my Hitachi M12V. It works great, but after a week of using it, I’m already going insane over the amount of time it takes raise, lower and change bits by reaching under the table and manually adjusting. I couldn’t find any lifts I like that fit the M12V, so I think I’m going to order the Mast-R-Lift and a pick up a PC 7518 from Woodcraft this weekend. Probably overkill for a hobbyist, but I know from past experience that when I buy what I actually need, I end up unhappy with it and go out and buy something extravagant. I looked through the reviews for the Mast-R-Lift but didn’t really see much which kind of surprised me. Does anybody have this combo, and if so I would be very interested to hear any feedback you have, positive or negative. |
