Anyone have the Bosch 10 inch sliding mitre saw – model CM10GD. This is the one that doesn’t have the sliding rails and sits back against the wall.

I want to find out how far it sticks out to verify it will fit in my space. Anyone have one? If so, what is the measurement from the very back of the machine or the wall its against to the end of the adjustment knob sticking out in front?

The saw will go on the wall on the side of my garage and I want to see how much space will be between the end of the knob and my Jeep.

Thanks

Does the Bosch website have this in their specifications for the saw?

I have the 12” version. Not sure how big of a help that is, but it measures 33” from the back to the front of the locking knob. You could go to a store that has them and measure also.

Chuck – can you tell me what it is when you have it turned at 45 degrees? From the wall or back of saw to end of knob? How many inches does it save by turning it to a 45?

Have your say...
