I am working on a table for an historic site, using some old heart pine with a lot of pitch (smells great). I am concerned about glue choice due to the amount of rosin in some areas. This is old wood so I am not concerned about it liquifying.

Titebond 1,2,3; hide, PU, epoxy ??

Top is 1- 1/8” and the table could see heavy loads.

Opinions??

Yellow glue, they’re mostly the same.
