Hi Friends
As the title says I’m selling my beloved Powermatic 66 and need help finding production date since I don’t remember the exact date I bought it I think it was 1993. If you can help my serial # is 9666010.
Thanks
Jim

BTW if you live in Oregon or close by and you’re in the market for a great saw, here’s a link

The PM66 is in nice shape Jim. What’s replacing it?

I would buy it in a heart beat, but to far to drive or ship.

It’s a ICS Sawstop with 5hp 52 in fence still in the box Scott ,I loved my Powermatic but for me to teach from my shop my insurance was far less with the Sawstop and having used one at the shop where I teach my college woodshop classes it still felt like my Powermatic.

Looks like it says under table saws the 1st two numbers are the year, have to scroll down a ways.

That’s probably one of the only new saws that will hold a candle to your PM66. You might even find that it’s a little “beastier”! Enjoy!

It’s a stout machine alright ,that’s what made that model attractive to me and a 25% off coupon at Zoro knocked $1200 off of it.I didn’t think they would actually do it given they have had some pretty bad reviews but they came through with free shipping too.

Doubt that will be around long Jim. If I had more room in my shop I would grab it. Hope you like the new one.
