At least 9 months ago I changed my email address on my profile.
Everything seems to be going fine – I receive all the notifiers at the new email address.
In preparation for killing my old email address I was looking through all my email to see what is being resent automatically from my old email address to the new one.

The lumberjocks eMag (including the awards announcement) are still being sent to the old address. Without looking carefully at the “Resent-from” field, I simply hadn’t noticed this.

So…

1) I don’t think this is how things should work – if I change my email addy in my profile, obviously all uses of my email addy should get changed.
2) I couldn’t find out where to change the email addy on this type of message – there’s an “unsubscribe” link on the message, but I’m loathe to click it since it may not give me the option to change.
3) If anyone else has changed email, or is thinking of it, it’s important to be aware that this class of message seems to be handled differently, and that you may lose the eMag.

Hello, just send me your old and new email address and I will change it. eMag publishing service is a standalone 3rd party service.
