Not sure how long is the pin going into the pocket hole, but I would like it if it’s got a quick release.

They should make one for assembling face frames similar to a vise grip, now that would be fast and easy

I bought two of these, & I don’t recommend them.

They just slowed things up, & when I used it on pine it pulled through, cracked open the hole.

Besides I think it’s redundant, because the screws offer plenty of clamping pressure.

I only used one of these clamps. The other is still in the package.

If anyone is interested, make me an offer with a PM.

I have one of these. It works okay (with hardwoods, at least). Like Ed said, a quick-release option would be better. Also, it’s only useful when connecting two pieces of wood on the same plane and so it might be worth it for one who does a lot of face frames.

Your pic is blocked for me. Are you talking about Rockler # 38518?

WC has a quick release version (149089 and 144738). Anyone know how this one compares to the Rockler?

Just another piece of “shop bling” in my estimation.

I’ll just stick with my Kreg clamps.

Have your say...
