I have a 24” Jet clamp that I abuse every week. I put a lot of torque on them and while doing so, the headstock broke internally. No longer 90 degrees from the bar. Called up Jet customer service, told them my story and they are sending me a new bar with attached headstock.

Great customer service! Love it when I buy a quality product that is backed up by the company.

I also had an issue with one of my Jet parallel clamps a few years back. Like you, I called their Customer Service number and they sent me a new one at no charge in just a matter of days. Because of that experience I have added a few more Jet parallel clamps to my collection and will add more in the future. I echo your, “great customer service”.

While I actually prefer the Jet parallel clamps to my Jorgensens and Besseys the lifetime warranty is a great bonus.
