Hi all

I’m going to add an incra jig to my router table that has mdf covered malamine. What do i use screws or bolts? If i use screws what kind would everyone think would be best to use?

If you have easy access to the underside of the table, I would use bolts with the nuts and washers on the underside. Screws might be sufficient. You KNOW the bolts will be.

I can get to the underside. I’m going with 1/4×20 bolts with fender washers too.

I’d advise a locking washer with the fender washer, a friction nut (with the plastic inserts) or some titebond.

The vibration from the router could cause the nuts to come loose otherwise.
