Recently purchased this hand crank tool. Have not received it yet but here is the description. Can anyone identify it and its use? Hobby tool??

There are no markings on it. To me it appears as though it would mount in a vise via the block at the base.
The saw blade is approx. 1 5/16 inch diameter and VERY thin, at the other side is a jig to hold something at an angle (much like a drill sharpening jig) and the wheel for it is approx. 1 1/4 inch diameter with a surface like a fine file. It is 5 inches long including the crank ,2 1/4 inches wide at the table and 2 1/4 inches tall base to top of blade.

Thanks for any input.

Maybe the world’s smallest table saw for building Barbie house furniture?

Sorry, couldn’t resist and I dont have a clue.
