Topic tags/keywords: router

anyone interested in a lift for your router table, Jessem has some older models on sale for about half price, the Mast R lift sells for $330 on sale for $165, this is a good deal, I paid full price for mine a few years ago, I have not been disappointed, it is a good lift. these are being discontinued, also they are not made in Canada, so don’t know how quality is, I have had no problems with mine, but don’t know where it was made. here is the link

Is there a message there about lack of quality control? Discontinuing the imports :-))

Friend of mine who works at a major aircraft manufacturer spends all his time redoing parts the global partners roughed out and shipped as finished :-)) I have to wonder if he will be fixing South Carolina parts in the next few years??

I don’t know if it is a quality issue or a design change, I suppose if someone else has one and knows it to have been made somewhere besides Canada, they could let us know what kind of quality they have with it. I just looked, and mine is made in Canada. even if it was made elsewhere, for that price it may be worth it.

They are being made overseas,, However Jessum stands behind then 100% as far as the warranty. I recently bought the FX and its a quality made tool even if it does come from china or whereever. For the money shipped it was $122 and they threw in a free featherboard to boot, Heckuva deal IMO.
