I am the Events Chairman this year for the Farm I volunteer at. We will be having our Fall Fest this coming October 2nd and 3rd. We are looking for Artisans/Craftsman to come and demostrate their skills and sell their wares. This is totally free, no charge for space. Last year we had over 6,000 people in two day and this year we are expecting over 8,000. We are located in Northeast Pennsylvania. If you want to come join us, just message me by way of email at jake84868@msn.com and I will get back to you. Tell your friends.

Thanks

I think the train would be faster when you consider the time it takes to get through the searches and security at the airport, then sit on the tarmac until the toilets run over :-))

Poroskywood, I live in Kingston and the Farm is in Shavertown, Pa. Where are you?
Snowdog the building is up for that shop we talked about. 28’ x 60’ all for the woodshop, looks huge compared to my basement shop.

Snowdog, I look forward to seeing you. Just ask anyone with a Hillside Shirt on, they will be able to tell you where I am located at the farm that day.

Snowdog, I was at Bill Polleys place on Monday, he has got some beautiful slabs about 3 inches or better thick. Would make great benchs or tables.
Just thought I would let you know.

Hey, Guy, you have a beautiful farm and I would love to see the countryside there as well. However, I’m going to have a hard enough time getting off just to see the machinery show next week in Atlanta which is only 40 miles from me. Best of wishes for the success of your crafts show, however.

Thanks helluvawreck. Lets us know how the machinery show was, that sure sounds like fun. If at anytime you make it to the Northeast, let me know. I will take you on a tour of the 400 acres, 200 which are woods of pine, popular, cherry, hemlock, oak and ash. It is a wonderfull sight to see.
